Refund Policy

We want you to love every piece you purchase from us. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

In some cases, store credit may be offered instead of a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Hijabs, undercaps, or jewellery that have been worn or tried on
  • Items purchased during sale or clearance events
  • Handmade items (unless damaged or incorrect)
  • Personal hygiene-related accessories

  • Parcel Opening Video Or Clear Image Of Defected or Damaged Product With Original Packaging and Label Visible.
  • A brief reason for return
  • We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
